Your vacation doesn't start at the port; it starts the moment you touch down in the Magic City. We urge you to come a day or two early to dive deep into Miami's vibrant, rhythmic, and rowdy soul. Consider it the pre-game. And for the ultimate act of pre-cruise liberation, find your way to Haulover Beach, where you can strip down and let the sun hit all your bits.

Just be sure to bring that glorious, sun-warmed body aboard the Scarlet Lady by 3 PM. We sail at 5 PM, and as the city lights begin to glitter behind us, we'll gather for our official Welcome Aboard Cocktail Party.

Explore the heart of Miami's Cuban culture. Check out the iconic monuments and savor Cuban delights such as cafecito, guava pastries, and guarapo juice.

Kick back aboard a luxury van and journey to the heart of the Everglades. Feel the thrill as you embark on a one-hour airboat ride, zipping through lush landscapes and spotting alligators, turtles, and vibrant bird species.

Come early to stay at the salacious Hotel Gaythering, where the rooms are as inviting as they are tantalizing. Spend a day at the clothing optional Haulover Beach.

Feel free to party the first night away, because we've got a couple of days to spend enjoying the magnificent ship, the Scarlet Lady. Sleep in as late as you want, or jump right up and out of bed to get a spot by the pool, at a fitness class, or just enjoy a morning (or, y'know, midday) mimosa. No matter when you wake up (or who you wake up with) you won't be bored on board.

Relax by the pool in the Aquatic Club. The doublewide sunbeds are the perfect space to sip & chat the day away.

Get a day pass to the Redemption Spa - it's a luxurious space to relax in the sauna, tubs, or get a massage.

Play some video games in the arcade (it's free, too) or board & table games in the Social Club.

Play Bingo with the Diva, Trivia with the Gamer, or make art with the Artist - the Happenings Cast hosts fun stuff all day.

Eat & Drink all over the ship - the food is incredible and the drinks are delicious.

One moment you're wandering the blue cobblestone streets of Old San Juan, feeling the weight of 500-year-old forts standing guard over the sea while the sounds of salsa and coqui frogs spill out from hidden courtyards. The next, you're tasting the island's true lifeblood—world-class rum—in a craft cocktail that's lightyears beyond the piña colada (though, to be clear, those are still damn good).

This is a hedonist's playground. The island demands you get your hands dirty with a plate of smoky, garlicky mofongo from a roadside stand. It invites you to bake on the crisp, white sands of Condado, or escape to the lush, wild sanctuary of the El Yunque rainforest to stand under a waterfall.

Snorkel through tropical waters on this coral reef exploration off the coast of Puerto Plata. Hop on and off your catamaran to enjoy two amazing snorkeling sessions.

After a couple of days drinking probably too much rum and having all the adventures, we'll have another sea day to recouperate, celebrate, and whatever else sounds fun.

Play in the casino, go back to the spa, or sing karaoke. Every night there's something fun happening on the ship. Dance parties, entertainment, singers, shows, and DJs. There's always something to do, and you'll be with a great group of guys to do it with.

On one of the nights, the ship will transform for Virgin Voyages' signature Scarlet Night. We can't tell you much about it, it's something that has to be experienced for yourself, but be sure to pack red and get ready for a great night!

Think of Bimini less as a port of call and more as our own beach club for the day. Virgin Voyages has created a private slice of paradise, and this is your day to choose your own adventure, with no wrong answers.

On one end, you'll find the beating heart of the party: a massive, lagoon-style pool complete with a live DJ providing the soundtrack for our sun-drenched shenanigans. This is where we'll create a glorious sea of our own happy, hairy, sun-kissed bodies, floating without a care in the world.

Need to decompress? On the other end, it's pure zen. Find a quiet hammock swaying between two palm trees, grab a secluded daybed on the pristine beach, and let the sound of the waves and a rum-fueled nap recharge your soul.

And at the Beach Club, everything that's included on the ship is included here. Food, WiFi, basic bevvies, the shuttle, it's all good. So, will you be leading the conga line at the pool party or perfecting the art of the beach nap? Either way, you'll be doing it in a paradise built just for us.

Other Things You Can Do in the Bahamas

As you tear through the water on your own easy-to-drive jet ski, a guide will take you to old plane and ship wreckage sites — plus, you'll see mangroves and the gorgeous marine life that call these waters home.

The SS Sapona Shipwreck is one of the most famous shipwrecks in Bimini. On this experience, you'll learn its history before jumping in the water and swimming through its cargo hold and engine bay.

Fishermen flock to Bimini to take full advantage of the bounty of fish that inhabit the coastal waters of Bimini. On a day spent surrounded by the reef's turquoise waters, cast your line to reel in snapper, grouper, barracuda, and many more species.

Alas, all good things eventually come to an end. The ship will arrive back in Miami early this morning and we'll have to depart, but not say goodbye. This is the first Peace Love & Bears event, and we'll soon be meeting up somewhere else in the world again to continue the shenanigans.
